Resilio Studio were engaged by the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor’s office and the Learning, Teaching and Curriculum Leadership Cluster at AUT, to work with the AUT community to derive an overarching model or framework to inform how AUT might conceptualise and create exceptional learning experiences going forward. This was part of a wider AUT key strategic development initiative to complement and support the Great Graduates framework. We were engaged to design and deliver an AUT wide co-design process to explore ‘exceptional learning experiences’, develop guiding principles and practices, and inform a future focused AUT signature teaching and learning framework working with the wider AUT community. We ran a series of co-design workshops with staff and students from across AUT and facilitated a working group to interpret and refine the ideas shared and developed during the workshops to create a first draft Exceptional Learning Experiences framework.
